ACCOMODATIONS
Reconnect with family and friends in this beautiful condominium nestled in the heart of the Grand Strand. Here you will find three separate balconies: two spacious oceanfront balconies with seating for six and one screened balcony on the back side of the home. You'll find comfortable and luxurious bedding, as well as seating to allow you to relax and spend time with the people you cherish. The home underwent extensive renovations, completed in December 2022, which include a new kitchen, master bath upgrades, and new furnishings and décor throughout.
An open concept main area includes a sofa with chaise lounge, two swivel chairs, and a 50 inch smart TV with cable and streaming available. The dining area features 6 comfortable chairs and the kitchen features full size stainless appliances along with a washing machine and dryer. The primary bedroom features a king size bed and full desk for remote working. It also has an ensuite bath and large closet with plenty of storage. The second bedroom features a queen bed with a peek-a-boo balcony overlooking Ocean Boulevard as well as a window with a side view of the ocean. The third bedroom features two twin beds with custom, built-in paneled headboards and is ideal for children. Plush, memory foam toppers make our beds so inviting. Smart TVs are mounted in each bedroom for your viewing pleasure.

KING BEDROOM & ENSUITE
The king bedroom is the largest of the three with a balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. It has a dedicated workspace, luxurious new linens, a 50-inch smart TV, and an ensuite bath with walk-in shower.
OUTDOOR LIVING & RESORT
Come to Seaside Oasis for the beach, but stay for the views! Our outdoor spaces are an extension of the living room with comfortable furniture to fully enjoy the incredible views.

QUEEN BEDROOM & HALL BATH
Our remodeled queen bedroom and updated hall bath have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our queen room has a small, private balcony with a street view and a partial ocean view from the window. It also has a 50 inch smart TV and new, luxurious bedding.
TWIN BEDROOM
Our adorable twin bedroom is ideal for kids/teens/single adults. It has custom built-in headboards and plenty of under-the-bed storage. There is a smart TV and shelf for you to bring your gaming system. This is the smallest of the three bedrooms and there is no closet in this room.

RENTAL RULES & REGULATIONS
We are happy to share Seaside Oasis Myrtle Beach with our guests, but we do have rules and regulations that all guests must agree to abide by before we allow access to the property. Failure to follow the rules will result in additional fees and/or an early end to your stay.

We are excited to welcome you to Seaside Oasis Myrtle Beach! As owners and hosts, we want you to have the best experience possible while staying in our beautiful home.
We do our best to make you comfortable and happy during your stay. We have invested a great deal to update and renovate this vacation home and we expect that our guests will treat our home with respect and care, helping us to maintain it for years to come. We understand that we are not a great fit for everyone. If you are looking for a place to be loud and party, this is not the rental for you. If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway and you appreciate a home-away-from-home feel, you will love Seaside Oasis Myrtle Beach.

Things To Know

We rent to responsible adults and families only. Minimum age to rent is 25+ and identity will be verified prior to check in.

Our property has been evaluated by professionals and determined to be officially classified as a luxury rental property.

You will be required to purchase insurance to protect you against damages that may occur during your stay.

A cleaning fee is required which includes your departure maid service and linens.

Daily housekeeping services are not provided. This is a residential resort that does not provide hotel maid service.

The front desk is NOT available to you. Please DO NOT go to the front desk. Contact us if you need anything.

All guests have access to the pools, hot tubs, lawns, fitness center, and parking on site.

Please be considerate of your volume as there are several full-time residents who live in the building.

Children are not to be left unattended on balconies or on the resort grounds for their safety.
Check-In/Out & More

Check in is at 4:00 pm. Early check in? We cannot guarantee access to the unit before 4:00 pm. Contact us directly if you arrive early. Do not contact the front desk.

Check out is 10:00 am.

7 night minimum stay required during the summer months. During the off season: Oct-March, there is a 3-night minimum.

Off-season monthly rentals are available Nov.-Feb. Snowbirds welcome!

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

Weather events are only refunded if Myrtle Beach requires evacuation during your stay. You may reschedule your stay or choose a refund for any days affected by a mandatory evacuation.

All items inside Seaside Oasis Myrtle Beach are property of the homeowners. Do not remove any items from the property that you did not bring yourself. Theft will result in additional fees.

Infant/toddler gear is not provided but can be rented from a third party if needed.
Restrictions

Maximum of 6 guests and 2 vehicles allowed during the course of your stay. This is strictly enforced.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed on the property, inside or outside.

No pets allowed.

No motorcycles or trailers are allowed on the resort grounds.

No parties, loud music, or disruptive behavior is tolerated. Violators will be escorted off the property with no refund.

Must be 25 years old or older to book a reservation.

Luggage carts are not permitted inside the unit to prevent wall damage.

Food items are not to be left out or unsealed for an extended time.

Place sealed trash bags in the designated area outside the door for the valet.

No fireworks or grilling on balconies is allowed.

Balcony doors are to remain closed to prevent rust, mold, and mildew from forming inside. Sensors will disable the air conditioning if doors are left open. Tampering with sensors will permanently disable the air conditioning and result in a repair fee.

No sand is allowed in the washing machine/dryer.
-
Avoid washing sand down the drains, as this clogs the pipes and will result in a repair fee.
